I’m Tom, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Bar Harbor, Maine. I moved to Mount Desert Island in 2013 with my family. I have a Master’s in Natural Resources and was trained in massage through the Acadia School of Massage in Bar Harbor.

I am well-versed in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports Massage. I am also certified at the Okuden level of Reiki through the International House of Reiki.

I have developed an intuitive, compassionate touch that combines mind, body, and spirit and allows me to help my clients on their healing journey. Whether through relaxation, sport stretching, lymphatic drainage, or deep muscle work, I will listen to you and your body as we work hand-in-hand to heal from the stresses of life.
